Days of life

Hi all... well this is my first blog to being with, still trying to figure it out the display layout and stuffs.OK so at first I was kind of apprehensive on writing a blog haha . So i thought it might be cool to have my own mini autobiography, for those who are curious who I am or what I am haha!"god know" Anyway just to being with, as all 18years old able-bodied SG Males have to go through "National Service". *sigh* Well haha i guess is normal to have such anxiety as it build up to the moment I step in the camp. Who the hell the people i might meet with, guess is like first day in school. Well never mind then...

So day by day passing by... be doing alot of workout for oncoming army life i will be facing. Here the breakdown of it, 2.4k/ 4x a week plus once a week swimming 20laps or so? sometime lost count during the processed hahaa. I have a weakness for stamina so hope that helps on my cardio. That not all, a superset workout that I customizes here is it:

Dumbbell Split Jerk -8rep
Bulgarian Split Squat-12rep
Push Up- 40
Dumbbell Snatch -8rep
Spiderman push up-10 per side
Single Leg Deadlift with dumbbell-12 rep side
Pull up-20rep
*Weight of the Dumbbell 5Kg

All this for 3set rest 60sec after each set at least 3x a week. I have be doing this for many months now more than I can remember when lol. This superset benefits various anaerobic sports required alot of explosive movement and sudden bust. So give a try haha not for the faint hearted though. ;)
It might seem pretty tough at first but is possible, when first started out I nearly fainted from it as I was pushing myself too hard haha. Maybe try lowering down the repetition and slowly proceed from there, always perfect the technique of each exercise first."Do not sacrifice weight over technique"
I was kind of inspired by the Spartan workout that i read on Men Health article, but trust me theirs is much more crazy than you can imagined.
Omg I sounded like i am a fitness fanatic haha, well I'm just intrigued by how exercise benefits each of us...or a cheaper, convenient way than going to the gym. Anyway here the end of it, i will continue to post more soon.:)
